Coaches Corner

Coaches Corner is a section that will be updated weekly by our team coach and long time local racer Scott Ferguson.  Scott has years of knowledge and small race tidbits which he will provide on a monthly basis, and a workout of the week that anyone can read and use.  Keep in mind there are so many different levels of fitness and Scott’s job is to taylor plans to his clients and the UNR cycling team that it takes supple amount of time to prepare a training plan, and even more time to execute them.  Check out our coaches corner!  And you can also visit Scott at winningmovecoaching.com

    Hello –
I would love to have the UNR Cycling Team form a team and ride in the Vegas Tour this year on Saturday, April 27! There are no team member minimum numbers of riders required, nor is there an additional fundraising fee for teams. Each person is simply responsible for his or her own ride fee. If you’d consider it, please use promo code VIP2013 to form your team (all caps, no spaces) at http://www.diabetes.org/tourvegas and then route the Top Ten List below to your members!

Let me know if you have any questions!
    Thanks for your consideration.
